 Free spay and neuters through the maricopa voucher program.

All you have to do is go to maricopa animal care and control east or west sides shelters ask for a spay and neuter voucher form, fill it out (up to 8 animals on each form) and send it in.  3 to 6 weeks later you will get the voucher in the mail.  Take that paper to one of the vets on the list.  We recommend http://www.mashvet.net/  to get it done right.
